How You’ll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

Delta Air Lines is looking for a Strategic Insights Analyst on the Marketing Insights & Analytics team to support the implementation and ongoing reporting for our attribution tools, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and new GenAI measurement tool. This role is essential to configuring these tools, building meaningful reports and connecting measurement insights back to broader Marketing initiatives. As an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of paid media and brand metrics, you will translate data into stories that demonstrate Marketing’s value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, configuring and managing reports within MMM and Alembic, ensuring accurate and insightful outputs aligned with marketing objectives.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media, email and brand data into reports, connecting these metrics to broader KPIs and Marketing objectives.

• Develop and refine reporting templates that effectively communicate insights derived from MMM and GenAI tool, helping to drive adoption of these new measurement capabilities.

• Collaborate with the Measurement Strategy Lead to ensure alignment on reporting strategies and KPI tracking for various marketing initiatives.

• Deliver regular insights on how Marketing activities contribute to enterprise-level goals, building stories that highlight the impact of marketing investments.

• Partner with Data Solutions and Data Science teams to ensure data integrity and fidelity.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a focus on reporting and KPI development.

• Strong knowledge of paid media, email data sets and brand metrics, with the ability to draw connections between data and strategic marketing outcomes.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with strong storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with MMM and predictive attribution tools.

• Enthusiasm for driving a deeper understanding of consumer behaviors through measurement and analytics.

• Proven experience in creating strategic reports that align Marketing activities with enterprise-level goals.
