How You’ll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
Delta Air Lines is seeking a Brand Marketing Insights & Analytics Lead to drive strategic reporting and measurement for Brand, Sponsorships and Team USA Marketing initiatives. As a key leader, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to set KPIs, develop measurement frameworks and generate actionable insights that guide our brand health and creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Brand Insights & Analytics team in developing and executing measurement frameworks for brand campaigns and key initiatives.
• Define and establish KPIs for new initiatives, working closely with Marketing teams to ensure metrics align with brand objectives and business goals.
• Oversee the design and implementation of creative testing frameworks, ensuring that message resonance and effectiveness are consistently measured and optimized.
• Develop and execute surveys and other primary research methodologies to capture brand insights across various activations and sponsorships.
• Act as a primary liaison for reporting on all brand-related metrics, synthesizing data into actionable insights for marketing leadership and cross functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Consumer Insights team to integrate deeper customer and third party data into Marketing measurement frameworks and reporting deliverables.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, innovation and data-driven storytelling.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
• 7+ years of experience in brand insights, analytics or a related field, with a strong track record in KPI development and measurement framework design.
• Proven experience as a people leader, with demonstrated ability to build and develop high performing teams.
• Expertise in creative testing, brand health tracking and survey design.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience as a cross-functional collaborator and brand insights champion.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or a related field.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience in a dynamic, cross-functional Marketing environment.
• Enthusiasm for driving a deeper understanding of consumer behaviors through measurement and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive buy-in for data-driven brand
strategies.
• Understanding and working knowledge of brand tracking tools such as Kantar.
