How You’ll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

Delta Air Lines is looking for a Measurement Strategy Lead on the Marketing Insights & Analytics team, responsible for standing up and optimizing our new Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and GenAI predictive attribution tools. This highly visible role requires an experienced leader with the ability to drive buy-in, champion new measurement strategies, advocate change management, and effectively communicate the broader value of Marketing Analytics across the organization. You will work across teams to establish a holistic marketing measurement strategy, integrating new methodologies with our existing analytics framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of MMM and GenAI measurement tools, holding our

partners accountable and ensuring that they deliver actionable insights into marketing’s impact on

revenue and other key performance indicators.

• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new measurement capabilities, advocating for their

value to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and analytics teams to integrate MMM and predictive attribution into our broader marketing ecosystem.

• Develop and refine a comprehensive measurement strategy that aligns with both brand and conversion-

based objectives, positioning these tools as central to our long-term analytics capabilities.

• Act as a primary ambassador for the MMM and GenAI measurement tools, creating strategic POVs on howthey complement existing analytics and drive value for marketing, as well as reconcile potentially divergent insights derived from these tools

• Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and analytical excellence. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement strategy, or a related field, with extensive experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and predictive attribution.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale analytics implementations.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to communicate the strategic value of new tools across levels.

• Expertise in marketing metrics, with a deep understanding of both brand and conversion-based KPIs.

• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with predictive attribution tools.

• Enthusiasm for driving a deeper understanding of consumer behaviors through measurement and analytics.

• Demonstrated experience in evangelizing new tools within cross-functional teams and driving large-scale

adoption.
