Marketing Performance & Optimization Analyst

 We’re looking for a Marketing Performance & Optimization Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This role will be the central lead for test strategy and design, guiding the development, implementation, and evaluation of Marketing experiments across channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong statistical fluency and the ability to translate test results into actionable recommendations that influence strategy and campaign execution.

 Beyond experimentation, this analyst will also support performance reporting, trend analysis, and cross-channel marketing insights. They should be comfortable synthesizing large data sets into clear, executive-ready narratives, and collaborating with teams across brand, channel, and campaign marketing to guide data-driven decision making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies with a focus on statistical significance and measurable impact
  • Guide implementation best practices and partner closely with teams to ensure accurate test execution and analysis
  • Build and maintain performance reporting for key marketing initiatives
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and performance deep dives to identify optimization opportunities
  • Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for marketing stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams using tools such as Adobe Analytics (including CJA), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and basic SQL

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably with a strong focus on experimentation
  • Deep understanding of A/B test design, sample sizing, lift measurement, and statistical significance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders to shape strategy
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; basic SQL skills are a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
