During his career, Jeff has worked with range of companies from startups to publicly traded multinational companies from consumer product and entertainment companies to mobile and enterprise technology vendors. Clients include TOZ, a cybersecurity technology company formed by the merger of Tozny and OneID Lab, Hippo Technologies, Inc., a virtual healthcare technology company, and LeadsRx, a marketing analytics and attribution technology company, that was acquired by Unbounce in 2022.
Past clients range from The Virtual Reality Company, a production company founded by award winning Hollywood and entertainment industry veterans, Fluke Networks, a manufacturer of tools for network cabling certification, testing and troubling shooting, LeadsRx, a marketing technology and attribution company (acquired by Unbounce), Elemental Technologies (now AWS Elemental), developed technology to stream video to any device; Intelerad, a provider of medical imaging products and services for radiology; the OpenID Foundation, a non-profit membership organization enabling and promoting technologies for data and transaction security and privacy; to EMC/Mozy, SAP and SAP Markets, Siebel Systems (now Oracle), to SNAPin Software (bought by Nuance) and Wireless Services Corporation.
For 15 years Jeff worked with boutique PR agency OnPR where he led strategic PR programs and campaigns – with specific expertise in vertical markets including automotive, consumer technology, life sciences, entertainment, government, financial services, manufacturing, utilities, among other industries. OnPR spun out of Waggener Edstrom Communications where he managed the PR programs for Microsoft’s CIO and the Information Technology Group, Microsoft Healthcare and Microsoft Public Sector. He also worked on the SAP account, leading the enterprise strategy and managing editorial relationships with vertical and business publications for SAP’s customer program.
Jeff has also worked with Providence Health & Services in Oregon where he managed the local and national media and community affairs programs, coordinated Providence’s Y2K communications and crisis planning effort, and he worked with information technology vendors to promote information technology innovations. Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Jeff worked for more than eight years in Wisconsin state government and politics, including nearly four years as a policy analyst with the Wisconsin State Senate Republican Caucus — what the Milwaukee Sentinel called “an organized political machine.”
I thrive in working with companies, their customers and partners, to develop content and to share their success stories in order to help build brand awareness and boost sales. As a Senior Strategist I am the architect developing internal and external public relations and communications programs and campaigns the promote executive thought leadership and vision, corporate strategy and brand positioning, and touting the research and development and rollout of innovative technology products across a variety of vertical industries.
