Production Designer - Events

Skills:

• Print: Translation of assets from Figma to illustrator; managing print production process; final QC and quality control for print assets before sharing with vendor. Reviewing net new designs for print and large format feasibility. Comfortable creating net-new graphics following an existing system with art direction oversight.
• Digital: Recreation of multiple assets with small adjustments; ability to create assets and templates in order to assist with design at scale. Image selection, adjustment, Retouching, and cropping. Comfortable creating net-new graphics following an existing system with art direction oversight.

Scope of Work: Event Design for: Sales Kick Off, 3rd Party and annual flagship event.

• Production work to begin on SKO 2026 and to carry us through the creation of materials for flagship event. Also responsible for quick turn projects like last minute 3rd party requests.

Must know Figma and Illustrator extensively.
