3. Brand Identity & Content Styling

  • Support video content branding, including cover images and thumbnails.

4. Digital Content & Blog Support

  • Collaborate with the content team to design compelling graphics for articles and blog posts.
  • Ensure visuals align with content themes and drive engagement.

5. General Design Needs

  • Take ownership of all design requests across the organization, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Develop reusable templates and scalable design systems to streamline workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an impact-driven, knowledge-based, or mission-focused organization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in publication design, marketing materials, and digital branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva.
  • Experience designing for events, social media, and multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly original, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, sustainability, and economic transformation.
  • A responsive, engaged, and mission-driven mindset, dedicated to helping the brand grow.

Success Metrics Summary

  • 100% on-time delivery of publications, event materials, and branding projects.
  • Engagement boost (15-20%) from designed content across social media & digital platforms.
  • Branding Guide completed within 3 months, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Fast turnaround for marketing requests (48 hours for social, 5 days for event materials).
  • Two or fewer revision rounds required for approval on 80% of projects.
