This role is about strategically distributing and optimizing content for engagement and measurable growth across all platforms, ensuring that our thought leadership, initiatives, and ecosystem updates reach the right audiences.

- Develop marketing campaigns for major organizational initiatives, events, thought leadership pieces, and ecosystem updates.
- Write high-impact, engaging copy that resonates with different audience segments across platforms.
3. Channel Expansion & Platform Strategy
- Identify and experiment with new digital channels for brand expansion, including potential entry into TikTok and other emerging platforms.
- Analyze trends and audience behaviors to optimize our approach and expand reach.
4. Data-Driven Optimization & Growth Metrics
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing efforts to optimize strategy.
- Use A/B testing and analytics tools to refine messaging, content formats, and posting times.
5. Event Marketing & Thought Leadership Amplification
- Market major events, roundtables, and strategic initiatives, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
- Amplify publications, reports, and ecosystem updates to position The Digital Economist as a leading voice in economic transformation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Community Growth – Maintain consistent month-over-month follower growth across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube at an average rate of 3% per month.
- Engagement Rates – Increase engagement rates across all platforms by 15-20% through strategic content distribution, active community engagement, and campaign execution.

- Event & Initiative Visibility – Ensure all key events and reports receive a minimum of three promotional cycles across all channels before launch.
