Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced freelance project manager to support the global implementation of a new firmwide brand identity. Working closely with the Creative Services team, this role will coordinate the rollout of the new visual identity across digital platforms, marketing materials and internal communications across our global network.
The role will ensure the rebrand is delivered in a structured, phased, and scalable way—aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring consistent adoption of the new brand system across all applications.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the center of a large cross-functional initiative involving Integrated Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Technology and regional office teams.
Responsibilities
Brand Rollout Planning:
- Support development of the global brand rollout roadmap and phased implementation plan
- Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into actionable implementation workstreams
- Define milestones, dependencies, and timelines across digital, print and internal applications
Program & Project Management:
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of the rebrand across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Maintain a centralized project plan tracking deliverables, priorities, and progress across teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs and proactively escalate where necessary
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Creative Services, Integrated Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Technology and regional marketing teams
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to ensure alignment on rollout priorities and timelines
- Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external creative partners or agencies
Asset & Template Implementation:
- Coordinate rollout of new brand assets, templates and design systems across marketing materials
- Ensure new visual identity guidelines are implemented consistently across digital and print applications
- Track transition from legacy brand materials to the new identity
Governance & Adoption:
- Help establish brand governance processes and implementation standards
- Support the development of rollout documentation, toolkits and training resources for internal teams
- Monitor adoption across offices and identify areas requiring additional support or guidance
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular status updates to senior marketing leadership
- Track rollout progress and implementation metrics
- Maintain clear documentation of decisions, milestones and implementation phases
Education/Qualifications/Essential job requirements
Required Experience:
- 7–10+ years of project or program management experience within brand, marketing, or creative environments
- Bachelors preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale brand or visual identity rollouts
- Experience coordinating cross-functional global teams and complex stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and brand design systems
- Experience supporting brand transformations or rebrands within professional services, consulting, financial services or global organizations
- Familiarity with creative production and marketing asset workflows
- Experience with digital design systems or brand management platforms
- Experience with project management platforms such as Service Now, Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or similar
- Comfort managing complex rollout trackers, implementation dashboards and timelines
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly with both creative and business stakeholders
