Social media support for upcoming mixed-use (residential, retail, & commercial) real estate development in San Francisco with tentative Spring 2023 rollout.  Position to start December 2022 / January 2023.

·        Develop, produce, and post social media content across all platforms, in line with established brand guidelines: positioning, voice, tone, mission, community pillars + values

·        Develop social posting calendar and review with internal stakeholders through weekly virtual meetings

·        Drive wider development + residential building’s overall awareness and recognition, highlighting the various offerings

·        Support residential building lease-up with initial push and subsequent rollout

·        Build engaged and active followings, tapping into and engaging the following audiences:

o  Prospective tenants, local + wider communities and audiences, affordable home renters, tourists, brokers, investors, residents, employers + employees

·        Drive community building piece, ensure consistent engagement with followers + potential followers

·        Report on key metrics

·        Develop and execute paid social media strategy in partnership with media agency

·        Photo/video production (potentially in partnership with internal resources)

Skills + Experience

·        Proven experience covering all aspects of social media identified above (content creation, planning, community engagement, paid media, reporting, etc)

·        Ability to write compelling copy and developing content aligned with previously identified brand guidelines

·        Photography / videography filming and editing abilities

·        Ability to manage photo + video productions

·        Proven experience developing and executing a paid social media strategy through Meta and Google platforms (or in partnership with media agency), reporting and analyzing results

·        Ability to communicate to diverse audiences to build an inclusive following that reflects the community pillars and values of the project

·        Excellent visual / storytelling techniques

·        A thorough understanding of the San Francisco market and wider communities

·        Previous social media experience in real estate development or hospitality a plus

·        Self-starter motivated by taking ownership of work and identifying current + future opportunities

·        Located in San Francisco as in-person needs arise
