Keynote Specialist

We're seeking a freelance Keynote specialist to assist with an upcoming event presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Keynote, including animation and advanced formatting, and be able to work independently and efficiently under tight timelines.

Start Date: April 16, 2025

Duration: Through May 5, 2025

Hours: Approx. 6 hours/day, flexible scheduling

Note: Availability for potential overtime the weekend before the event (May 3–4) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and refining presentation slides using Apple Keynote
• Design clean, professional visuals aligned with brand guidelines
• Implement and troubleshoot slide animations and transitions
• Collaborate with our internal team for feedback and revisions

Requirements:

• Proven high-level experience with Apple Keynote - advanced animations and transitions
• Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working on a flexible schedule
• Ability to turn around edits quickly and meet deadlines
