We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing and Affiliate Marketing fractional role to join our Maven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, specifically focused on CPG food and beverage brands. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and excellent communication to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, identifying key influencers who align with client brand values.
- Manage affiliate marketing strategies, including the selection and onboarding of affiliate partners, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing for ROI.
- Evaluate campaign performance through analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with account managers, clients, and other internal departments to align campaign strategies with broader PR objectives.
- Track industry trends and apply best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and affiliate partners to meet budget and timelines.
- Generate reports detailing campaign results, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CPG food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in analytics and social media marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Affiliate Platforms, Social Media Management Software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
