Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CT.

Who We Are

Hill’s Pet Nutrition US CRM team. Join a team of 8 CRM team members and assist us in growing our CRM practice to support our US division.

What You Will Do:

As the project manager, you will be a valued member of our team where you work directly on the CRM team and collaborate with other departments such as Digital Engagement, Creative Services, Global IT and other stakeholders from other product teams to develop large and small project timelines, manage project check in’s and status updates,  and optimize team Smartsheet roadmap and Jira boards & reports.

Potential projects may include:

• Setting up annual projects in smartsheets and roadmap forecasting
• Running sprint planning meetings and sprint retrospective meetings
• Managing team tickets - ensuring tickets are created with enough project details and follow ups are made in comments of tickets. Remind team members if they have deadlines approaching.
• Creating and managing timelines and timeline templates in Smartsheet or Jira for CRM projects
• Leading project management weekly meetings with CRM team
• Identifying and managing team resourcing and bandwidth
• Keeping project management processes and documentation up to 

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience using Jira and Smartsheet for project management for a digital marketing team, large cross department projects and small team projects. 
• Proven experience creating custom reports, dashboards and views in Smartsheet and Jira
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time
• Experience working with many department and project stakeholders at one time
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years previous project management experience for large brands or organizations
