Reporting to the General Manager, Global Communications – Airport Customer Service, this critical thinker excels at anticipating communication needs, understanding operational policies, and effectively developing, writing and executing communications strategies.
This role will manage communications needs for Delta’s airport-based employees. The includes managing and supporting several internal channels including an email platform, intranet, internal social platform and in-person meetings.
