  • Identify and profile relevant editors, journalists, and producers most likely to commission or run coverage.

  • Develop 6–8 outlet-specific, publication-ready headlines.
  • Messaging will reflect:

  1. Pitch Angle Creation
  • Build custom pitch frameworks for each category, designed to maximize acceptance.
  • Incorporate timely hooks and data-driven insights.

  • Produce 3–5 customized pitches per category.
  • Deliver a sequenced placement plan with outreach cadence and follow-up recommendations.

Deliverables

  • Media target list with contact info, editorial focus, and coverage likelihood score.
  • Headline deck matched to publication styles.
  • Pitch strategy document and execution roadmap.
  • 9–15 ready-to-send pitches.

KPIs for Success

  • 3+ confirmed media placements in target outlets within 90 days of pitch distribution.
  • 25%+ pitch acceptance/interest rate across all outreach.
  • At least one feature or bylined article in a tier-one business or financial publication.
  • Active shortlist of 10–15 engaged journalists.

Budget & Engagement

  • Hourly: $150–$250/hour (open to project-based bids if tied to outcomes).
  • Timeline: 6–8 weeks for targeting, headline, and pitch development; ongoing placement tracking for 90 days post-launch.
