Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception to completion, collaborating with creative leadership, internal stakeholders, and freelancers, and in some cases agencies. 
  • Manage schedules from brief through final delivery, assign tasks to internal team members, review progress, and ensure revisions are implemented as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all aspects of asset production
  • Manage daily operations of the meetings, creative reviews, project check-ins, and project resourcing
  • Manage and track the approval and clearance process on all advertising/marketing materials.
  • Liaise with film production partners to organize gallery, unit, and EPK shoots
  • Lead projects and ensure timely delivery of quality work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with the Product and B2B teams
  • Ensure all final deliverables adhere to the proper specifications for their medium
  • Organize project files and assets so things are easy to find and navigate
  • Possess the ability to be flexible and open to unforeseen pivots while still adhering to timelines and meeting executive stakeholder expectations
  • Proactive and solutions oriented approach to all things, big and small
