Tubi, a leading streaming platform, is seeking a talented Art Director to join our creative team. As an Art Director at Tubi, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, awareness, and engagement through innovative creative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative creative strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to ensure visual and thematic consistency across various channels.
• Showcase a strong design perspective with a keen eye for color, composition, and typography.
• Create easily scalable design systems to deliver exceptional work within tight timelines.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the Creative Director, cross-functional teams from B2B, CRM, Product, and Marketing to meet project deadlines and best practices.

Requirements:

• Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
