AI Tech PR Specialist – U.S. Launch Campaign + Tier 1 Media

We’re an international PR agency specializing in tech, and we’re looking for a savvy, strategic PR consultant to join a new project—white-labeled under our agency—for a high-growth AI startup.

Our client is building cutting-edge AI Personas that blend humanlike interaction with deep learning—imagine the next interface layer between people and machines. They’ve raised over $10M from top-tier investors and are preparing for a major go-to-market push targeting the US technology media landscape (think TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Wired, etc.).

We’re hiring a freelance PR professional who:

• Has existing media relationships or pitching experience with US-based tier-1 tech, AI, and startup reporters.
• Can develop angles and secure interviews/features across earned media.
• Understands the world of AI, emerging tech, and deep tech storytelling.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment but with structured support from our team.

You’ll be plugged directly into our strategy, messaging, and outreach planning. You’ll work white-label under our brand, collaborating with our senior strategy team and account managers. This means you'll be part of a team working with the client. To make your life easier, we have media databases, wire services, and monitoring in place, so you can focus on results.

Initial scope includes:

• Targeted US media outreach and story pitching (months 1–3).
• Briefing support, talking point development, and ongoing coverage tracking (we provide the media monitoring - you make sense and build strategy and messaging from that).
• Potential to expand into thought leadership, award nominations, and proactive commentary.
